Returns & Refunds Policy
We want you to be fully satisfied with every order. If a product isn't right for you, you can exchange or return it under the following conditions.

Return & Exchange Conditions

• Timeframe: within 14 days of delivery
• Items must be unworn and in their original, sealed packaging, due to the hygienic nature of underwear
• For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of opened or worn items, except in the case of a manufacturing defect
• Discounted or promotional items may be subject to different terms, noted at checkout

How to Request a Return or Exchange
Contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order number and reason for return, and our team will guide you through the next steps within 24 hours.

Manufacturing Defects
If you receive an item with a clear manufacturing defect, contact us immediately with photos, and we will offer a full exchange or refund with no additional conditions.

Wholesale Orders
Wholesale orders are subject to separate return terms, agreed directly with our wholesale team upon registration.
