Can I return or exchange underwear?

Unfortunately, returns and exchanges are not accepted for underwear due to hygiene reasons — unless the item is damaged or has a manufacturing defect.

Can I return or exchange other items like T-shirts, pajamas, or loungewear?

Yes! You can return or exchange these products within 15 days of receiving your order, provided they are unused and in original condition.

What are the conditions for a valid return or exchange?

Items must be:

  • Unused and unwashed
  • In their original condition
  • With all original packaging, tags, and accessories (if applicable)
What should I do if I received a wrong or damaged item?

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and send clear photos via WhatsApp or email.

Who pays for shipping?
  • If the issue is on our end (wrong or damaged product): we cover all shipping costs.
  • Otherwise: the customer is responsible for return and reshipping costs.
